I think all people have to have sense of social responsibiliy and companies must have the regulation to meet the social consensus. One of the social responsibility of companies is eco-friendly management. The world has encountered serious environmental problem these days. It happened gradually since the industrial revolution started because most companies would like to produce more products that resulted in environmental pollution. Many companies has implemented various programs to protect the earth and put a lot of efforts to produce environmental friendly products or recycle materials to new goods. Employees also cooperate with companies to take a social responsibility. Although, companies decide to carry out a special plan, it can't be achieved, if employees don't cooperate with it. We should not forget the importance of human. Humans must be first when we have to do something.
