If countparts use thechnology which is invented by one company and resgister it as their patent, it should be punished. That is reason why there is a law about intellectual property right. Samsung has its unique panel for smartphone that should not be used by other companies. If someone break the law, they have to be imposed a huge amound of penalty from the international court. However, it is really difficult to win a suit because there are a lot of companies and countries which is connected with their profits. Although, it is not easy to get a result, companies have to raise the issue and sue it to the court to protect themselves. Even in Korea, there are a lot of nonauthorized service center which provide major service with fake parts. As a customer, I try to find the cheapest place to fix my items, because original parts are usually more expensive than private center. I am not sure if private center use original parts, but its performance has proved by a lot of users, so many peopl
