When I feel tired of everything, I try to see what my priority is in my life again. The best thing is to stop my all tasks to take some rest. But I can't do that in reality. In the same way, I have to discover the value of time in this time with struggling. I often ask myself what have to do, what I can do, and also, how the growth. It's hard to move on to the next step healthier without these questions. Also, I need to be brave to decide my life in another way. It is followed by other stress and struggle. But if I want to challenge some things in my life, I have to effort by myself. Especially, I usually write the emotions of my routine. Because I want to know the location of my emotions. If I don't know and see my emotions, It's hard to catch up on things that relate to mine. I have to see the relationship between the original family together. I'm learning this process through studying counseling. I always try to encourage and listen to myself. When I know myself, I can be happy. :)
