To be honest, I am afraid of negative feedback. I don't want to mistakes in front of people. It is my one of the obstacles is that to overcome negative emotions by myself. It is a very hard process. I can imagine when I got some negative feedback from people, I will obviously feel bad. However, I can learn how to control my emotions through them by myself. Hence, I often need to check my inner what I need or what should I do here and now. And then, I will think about people's intentions whether good or not. I might think about what is an important value of mine through these times. this process is that spiritually and mentally helps me. Above all, I will try to focus on the Holy Spirit. I believe that when I am weak, the Holy Spirit makes me strong. When I'm having a hard time, I ask the Holy Spirit why me? I really want to know the reason. Over time, I realize that the truth is God always loves me and helps me and protect me is far more important rather than that question. Thanks!! :)
