I have stage fright. I don't have my own special solution that can overcome stage fright. Before I am stage, I practice my tasks many times by myself and I pray every moment to the holy spirit that is with me. These days I practice reading the Bible and some prayers for worship as a liturgist. I have never experienced that in English before. I am very nervous. Before I decided to be a liturgist, I hesitated for a long time. because I didn't have the confidence that read the Bible in English in front of people. Nevertheless, the reason that I became a liturgist led me, because can grow spiritually. I often imagine that I preach a sermon and conversate with people fluently in English. When I imagine them, I feel very excited. but the reality is followed by stress and struggle. Also, I am considering how to deal with my stress emotionally and spiritually. every moment I ask the holy spirit what should I do through studying counseling and prayer. Thanks, Faith! ^^
