I am more into organic foods than I used to be thanks to my wife who had cancer treatment a few years ago. After my wife suffered from cancer, our dinner changed a lot. It is still hearty but better for our health. Our dinner is full of salads and vegetables. Even my children now get used to eating healthy organic foods. I've felt better since I started eating organic foods. In some respect, my wife's illness turned out to be a blessing in disguise in the long run.
We all have already known how good eating organic foods is and that we need to have organic foods as much as possible every meal. However, putting what we know into practice is always an uphill struggle that we have to face every time we cook meals. Anyway, I think we're blessed to have organic foods every meal. I hope we can enjoy healthy food more and more year after year.
