Stress makes us hard but it has not the only bad things.
Some light stress make us efficiency.
When we have many tasks and works, we might get stress. But we also make a plan to finish the work.
Then we might get skills to handle the stress.
Next time we won't get stress when the same situation.
But when I encounter big stress, I couldn't deal with that problems and just getting worse.
So I have to prepare that situations alwalys.
I try to make confidence whenever and make a plan for unexpect things.
Then the stress getting light so it cannot hard to me.
And finally I can change the stress for good things like impetus.
