It requires a postnatal care, when they give birth to their babies.They will have a bleeding, complications and uternal problems. So, they cannot make a quick comeback to an office easily until they recover from them.

I agree that this leave is so beneficial. One can only avail of this when a woman gives birth. In your country, they have more days to recuperate in the hospital compared to mothers in my country. When you get the chance to give birth someday, you can use this leave.
