Hi.
It's raining outside.
I expect we can feel the fresh air after a long time, because a rain always sweeps a dirty air away.
This morning, due to my paperwork, I will not see any patient.
I have to correct my mistakes on my previous charts, first.
And next, I will have to make my script for coming Youtube completely.
The last job is to make educational files for staff.
I hope I can make it.
As you know, I have a lawyer friend, and he likes to travel.
From last weekends, he is during the trip with his family.
And I booked a hotel room for him tonight.
He and I are supposed to meet in the hotel this evening.
Actually, I am so busy and tired these days, but I will meet him.
He is a good friend and he always help me in bad situations, so I don't want to make him to be disappointed.
Compared to him, I can't spend enough time with my family.
We are close enough, though.
I feel like an old man sometimes, because I am getting tired so easily. We should take care of ourselves more.

Rain in the morning feels so good. It's music to the ears and comfort to the soul. Most importantly, it definitely takes away dust, I agree with you. So this perfect day, I am sure that you finished all of your paper work and your confusion from yesterday is becoming clearer. Share the link of your new YouTube video for us to watch soon.

Meanwhile, at times, we cannot help but compare our situation from others. As I can surmise from your composition, your lawyer friend can afford vacations while you are tied up with your work. Well, the truth is, you can also do this but your tasks at work are overwhelming every day. I think your manager is right. If you delegate tasks that other managers can help you with in your clinic, your work load can be a little lighter than usual and you can have time with your family. I learned from successful businessmen that they (businessmen) hire people to do the job for them so that they can have time for themselves. In this case, you can exercise more, spend time with your family, and have extra time for your self alone. By then, you do not have to be exhausted everyday. This is called work-life balance. 

Therefore, take care of yourself because it is your first home. As you know it, four other ladies depend on your strength and talents. Please go over my suggestions. I truly appreciate you sending your composition in spite of your tight schedule.
