It's dark outside.
Literally, I am so tired and sleepy now.
There were so many patients and paperworks in the clinic as usual.
How about you?
Is your country safe from the typhoon now?
There were two new staff in the clinic.
One of them talked about work environment too much.
Finally, she said that she wanted to resign today, so I let her leave.
I think this is good, because we save our time, money, and effort to educate her.
She had a bad attitude and impression.
Meanwhile, during my work time, I educated the chief manager for many paperworks.
Thus, I expect her to do lots of paperworks instead of me someday.
Back to a complaint, as we know that, no discomfort means no improvement.
Because someone feel uncomfortable, we can think of change.
In my case, many clients and patients complained about small space and old facilities, therefore we decided to move our clinic.
Consequently, we will have a wide space and nice interior next year.
I should go to bed now.
