Yes, Everyting doesn't happen at a same time because time cannot stop.
As long as time exists, nothing can happen at once.

Well, my understanding about this saying is that: we must manage our time wisely since "time doesn't happen at once".
The definition of time wisely spent is the ability to schedule, plan, and prioritize our tasks. Putting first what is more important because we can not bring back the time. ^^
