The slogan "The customer is always right.' could be a fascinating one for customers, but it may not sound good for sellers because the atmosphere where the customer is above the seller may make the sellers' anxiety or mental burdens develop. Nonetheless, this slogan is sure to have benefits to developing customer service which helps commerce improve. Our economy can grow when vendors are more attentive to customers’ opinions to improve their service or products.

Working conditions and company culture play a major role in keeping employees happy, productive and efficient. When negativity upsets the balance in the workplace, employees disengage.

If you treat your employees as well as your customers fairly and empower them with the technology, processes, and creative enablement to deliver truly frictionless experiences, your customers will become advocates for your business.
