Hi, T Donna.
It's a peaceful day.
No one didn't quit.
And regarding the delay of construction, there seems to have a solution.
We did a contract with Doctor SW about selling current clinic.
And as you know, because of the delay, we can't keep the contract; we can't move our clinic on time without new building.
However, Fortunately, Doctor SW understood this situation and accepted the delay of contract day.
Meanwhile, we had another problem.
A clinic manager in our clinic told us that she will quit the job last weekend.
She is good at most of works in clinic except for the manners.
After I taught her about manners, she was getting good.
Thus, I am now satisfied with her.
Doctor MJ tried to change her mind, and succeeded.
This is my homework.
We can express our emotions with body languages.
If a staff do a good job, I can lift my thumb.
Also, when I talk to my patients about contraindication, I can make 'X' shape with my hands crossing.

Also, it's a wonderful news to hear that Dr. SW was understanding and thinks in so much consideration of your contract day. You must be in luck! Most of all, your staff training is doing so well, so kudos to you and Dr. MJ!

Now for the homework part, in your country, there are so many body languages such as bowing, drinking alcohol towards the opposite side of the elderly, handing over things with two hands, among many others that I have encountered for teaching English for two decades. Your examples below are also used widely internationally with the same purpose and meaning. In our country, we have  a famous gesture of holding the hand of the old relatives or people and placing it on our forehead as a sign of respect but is now slowly dissipating due to modern ways of greeting. Even time can alter our gestures.

As I noted below, your use of semicolon was correct. You also made so many correct sentences as you were sharing details of your day in the office. So, kindly go over my suggestions in grammar as they were underscored for your convenience. You've done an excellent composition. Thank you for your consistent effort!
