As I said before, I like exercising everyday. I want to walking faster in the gym at the working machine.
Moreover I tend to run at the edge of my running time. By the time I finish walking some targetted distance.
At that time, I run more faster than I do.
It`s called finishing walking , I mentioned myself.
During six month I was losing my weight approximately 10kg. It is so hard to do in the gym where I have been to
So, at the time I`m not exercsing , when it comes to add my weight slowly. so I run again in order to maintain my weight.
Nothing special in the meantime by excercising, I haven`t ever injured myself quiet yet.
A little bit more attend my attention in the memory of maching running usage, And I was ready to make a preparation time because
I do`nt want to have any harmness in particular exercising time
