No, I don't think that we have to make more traffic rules, if drivers follow current laws very well. Although, people take a driver license test, many people don't know exact traffic rules very well. Some people tend to ignore the traffic sign even though, they understand and study it enough due to the bad habbit. Fisrt of all, national organization for traffic must try to inform the current laws and changes and then should exercise strick control for someone who breaks the regulations. Some people, particularly, becomes high temper when they are driving without special reason. I don't know whay makes them being angry, even if it is a small matter. I believe that it is the most important to learn general manner during driving.
