There are some community facilities in my apartment. We have a basketball, badmintan court and outdoor exercise equipments, but we don't have a swimming pool and other recreation facilities. It is essetial to have those facilities at the beginning of the design of apartment these days. It would be exclusive benifits to residents, although people need to extra payment to maintain facilities. In addition, it increases house value that gives a chance to make money as a investment. Most companies are situated in metropolitan areas. and people would like to live near their company. This is the major reason why house price hike in capital city. To be the best villiage, constructors add amenities, exercise equipment and something unique. It is usually free to use, if they are residents but some facilities need to pay to use it. It depends on the regulation of regidential members.
