Are older people actually wiser? Why or why not?

In my opinion, it is true that older people wiser than younger people. These days, there is a popular word in Korea called the MZ generation. This word refers to people from the early 1990s to the early 2000s. I　can see that younger people these days are really rude. I　don’t know what makes them change to be rude or tackless. Lots of university students do the part time job. But according to some stories, they are really self-centered and don't work efficiently. In contrast, older people have their know-how to work faster and correctly. Also they have good patience rather than younger people. I hope many young people go in the right direction.
