Did you have any unpleasant/ bad experience in any of your reservations before?

I have made so many reservations for hotels, restaurants, and flights until now.
I haven't experienced any inconvenience and unpleasant feeling most of time, because all the hotel receptionists and managers of restaurants were very kind to me and respond fast.
But I remember a memory about my hotel room.
About 3 years ago, I reserved a hotel for 2days at Pusan.
After I checked in and entered the room, I was very surprised about room condition.
The room was uncleaned as if someone was already use the room.
I complained to the hotel receptionist about the room condition.
The hotel receptionist apologized to me for inconvenience, and rapidly changed the upgraded room.
Also, she gave an extra service to enjoy the deserts.
First I felt uncomfortable about the room, but thanks to the excellent attitude of the hotel receptionist, I was very impressed.
