Personal time, known as me-time, is very important in my life because it is a me-time that I can look back on and reflect on myself. If I go ahead without personal time to kick around something, I couldn't get anything done well. Personal time can be used in various ways and the usage of it can be different from person to person. However, one thing is sure we sometimes need some rest or time to reflect on it before going ahead with the next stage as we need sound sleep during the night before starting a new day the next day.
