If the person is not available to receive my call, I will send email or MS teams chat to notify my message.

Supposed that if this is realated with urgent matter I will notify this to L/M of that person so that he can reach out to instead of me.

Basically most Korean people don't use voice mail set up and uses it but just call again and leave text and this is the same for both persoanl contacts and business contacts.
