Yeah, the leader that I've had an experience before for studying TOEIC. I didn't know how I lead this team, so I decided the way how to lead my team is to listen to opinions from team members. I think that was a good thing, because I can be close to members. Also, I can get along with them. But everyone didn't get a score that they want to. We got so close that we were busy hanging out together. :)
