Good evening, Donna.
It's almost ten o'clock, and I feel so good, because these days I was always so busy, so I couldn't finish all my works in time.
Today, I am sure I can sleep early.
Anyway, there is a big event tomorrow.
One of our franchise will send their doctor and staffs to our clinic for learning our system.
Because we have to show our system to others and we are not perfect, I am a little nervous, but as always, we will do it very well.
I studied about apologies in today's class.
And I think that good apologies have politeness, honesty, effort and so on.
If someone did wrong to me, I want him or her to apologize as soon as possible.
As you know, most children make a mistake or do something wrong with selfishness.
When my daughter(especially first one) do wrong, I try to control my emotion, and just explain what the problem is, and then make her say sorry.
She sometimes couldn't accept my words, however it's getting better, I think.

Sincerity through actions is key to a heartfelt apology. When children commit mistakes is is easy to forgive them. When they become adults, it's more difficult to pardon them from their wrongdoings. In our lifetime, mistakes are bound to happen so we need to learn to patch things up with apologies. 

I wish you nothing but the best on your best clinic practices for tomorrow. Just think that you are performing a song so that your confidence will soar in front of the observers.
