Many people drink coffee to feel alert. Is there a better way to increase your concentration? How?

I always start my day to drink a cup of coffee. I believe that it is the best way to increase my concentration. I have heard that it is better drinking coffee in a fasting because we can enjoy tasty of coffee itself very well. Some people have a problem to fall a sleep if they drink coffee but most people don't have any difficulties. Koreans really love coffees especially, branded coffees like Starbucks, Hollys and so on.
It is the best time to do my assignment in the morning because I can fully focus on what I do. However, if I have a side effect from coffees, I would drink a cup of tea. There are a lot of tea at market which are effect to relieve our body. Some tea is one of the ingreadients of herbal medication that are proved by scientists. Actually, tea is better beverages than coffee so, I think it is good alternatives to concentrate work.
