Hello, Donna.
It's already pass the midnight.
I was so busy to do many things in my clinic as usual.
Today, my colleague doctor and I decided to convert the position of our senior staff.
As I told you, last month a senior staff quitted, and then another staff got that position.
In fact, a current senior staff is good at working.
I think it's a unique, and nobody can do just like her.
However, she has bad manners.
Sometimes, she look down on other staffs, and neglect their opinions.
Hence, two staffs quitted recently.
In addition, she is not kind to me.
She seems to have her own way.
So we can't allow her to do that anymore.
Tomorrow morning, I am going to tell her about her problems, and then give her about 1 week.
If she can't change, she will be demoted.
As you see it, I always discuss such matters with my colleague.
Thus, I think this can be my answer for your ask.
Even in my college days, I was in the group sound.
No doubt, I think I tend to work with others.

Working for your own organization versus working for an organization are two different things. As a manager of your own clinic, you can see the bigger picture and the outcome of some issues such as what you have mentioend below. There are some members who have strong characters sometimes and most of the time, this kind of attitude does not easily change. It will take a lot of years to erradicate unpleasant characteristics. Henceforth, if your senior member misbehaves after a week, she is destined to work in another place. She can never disrespect you because you are her boss in the first place. She can try to put up her own clinic if she can.^^

A healthy working environment means a balance of strong characters and those who are not really weak but humble to do taaks working like a niche of a balanced environment. I wish you the best in your working place. You are doing great as well as your doctor colleague in your management,  just pray hard that all of your members will do the same.
