I don't think change is good all the time because things could go from bad to worse. Improvement is not available at all times when you change something. For example, every business tries to improve its profits all the time. However, It's not as easy as they think it is because improvement on profits takes good strategy, investment, people's passion for them, and more, you name it. Therefore, change can't be good all the time and good change is not that easy.
