The inflation is general increase in prices of goods and services. It also means that the value of money decrease because it is harder to purchase same items with same amount of money. I have studied it to save and invest my assets recently. Federal Reserve Bank has major mission which maintains price increase rate in 2% each year by increasing or decreasing intreast rate. It is common to deposit money in one's bank account rather than invest it to stock or dangerous financial products due to the high intreast rate. It is known that U.S dollors and gold are safe assets. That's why many people tend to buy these things if there is a economical crisis. By the same token, it would be a good chance to purchase a house during the inflation. Actually, real easte including house is the major investment goods because its prices finally is increasing countinuously. People tend to hesitate to buy their own house because nobody knows if the prices are the lowest compare to the past.
