These days people tend to be individualism. So comunicative ability is very important between people. Respecting other's opinions is the key of comunication. If we insist our own thought continuosly, we may have conflict with others. And respecttation is necessary to each other. One-sided respectation is also dangerous. If we want to have strong faith with others, we have to respect others first. These atitude will help to solve many kinds of conflict that may happen between people. I also want to try listen to other's opinions with respectation and hope to help making good relationship in this world.

I totally agree with you especially when you mentioned that one-sided respect is dangerous since it seems like we only demand but not give it to others. A give and take is very important to keep the balance and good relationship. I hope that more people will realize the real value of respect in building human relationships.
