I agree with this statement that wearing school uniforms does not stop bullying. Because I think bullying happens because of attackers' wrong personalities and values rather than wearing school uniforms itself. However, it is a little bit doubtful that wearing school uniforms can increase violent attacks. Even if wearing school uniforms is not a duty for students, violent issues can always happen. Attackers may try to find trivial issues in victims except for school uniforms. For example, attackers can make victims feel humiliated by comparing brand names of clothes.

If there is a statistical result showing that wearing school uniforms may increase violent attacks, it is because of the possibility of invisible violent attacks. School uniforms seem the same, and attackers can use this characteristic. For example, they can steal victims' neckties and pants uniforms however, it is difficult to be disclosed.

Just like what we've discussed during the lesson, uniforms may or may not have an effect when it comes to bullying but not everything is negative when it comes to wearing school uniforms.
