If it is not a main evaluation tool, It helps a lot to assess interviees\'s abilities. However, if it is only thing to do interview for hiring, there will be a lot of problem. I believe that computer studied numerous datas so, it\'s evaluation would be good because it will be 100% objective. I really hate that someone assess me without any evidence because he/she might has a sterotype about me, so they use subjective tools to evaluate me. People tend to view what they like when they meet someone. If someone tries to do what interviewer like, he/she might receive an additional points. In Korea, it is also important where we were born, which school we were graduated and familiy name. So, if interviewer and interviewee are from same hometown, school and family, interviewee will get special points.
AI interviews will eliminate these problem, so I am quite pro to use it.
