ESSAY: There is too much noise in many public places in cities. What are the causes of this problem? What can be done to solve the problem?

Noise problem has been growing big matters seriouisly in our life since people have lived in an apartment in the city.
There are traffic noise, neighbor's noise and noise in the middle of night.
Specially, noise from upstairs make people who is living in an apartment very hard and cause mental disorder.
The number of people who suffer from the noise from upstairs are getting bigger in korea.
We hear tragic stories from the news oftenly about that people fight with their neighbors because of the noise and then they kill their neighbors in the end.

I guess almost every family. It bothers me when I conduct classes, some of my students could hear them. I'm not sure if you notice that. Hahaha Anyway, dogs create too much noise here and actually not many of us live in an apartment, we mostly live in flat. ^^ Keep writing! Keep improving!
