It has been increasing the problem about overweight. It's a taste of the thesedays. We have already tons of various food everywhere. Especially, the foods with high calories! So, we intake more calories than usual. Of course, some people take car of themselves health. But, the health food is usually more expensive than unhealthy foods. So, those who has difficulties with money couldn't buy the healthy ones in the grocery store or restaurants. I find the government come up with a plan for vulnerable social groups to diminish the number of people. They will have to let the healthy ingredients' price down. Anyway, to be not a overweight and skinny fat person, we need to take some vitamins,exercise at least four times a week,and eat vegetables.
