When I feel suffocated, I cannot stay at the place. For example, my home or school where it happened. So I move to another place. Usually I preferd to go to the movie theater but it was before Covid-19. So these days, I drive within easy distance. And talking with others are good way to feel free from the suffocated mood. I usually talk with my closed counselor. I tell everything that I undergone and felt about the bad experiences. Then she always expresses sympathy with me and tell me a reasonable advices when I am ready to accept. I think I am lucky to know her. Especially the fack that she is a counselor of me. These way make me fell comfortable. And I am very thankful of you because you listened to my story yesterday, so I feel better. Thank you very much!

I'm glad that you have ways on how to feel better when you feel suffocated. I think taking a break sometimes is a good way so we can take a breather. Having a good friend who listens and gives advice is also a wonderful thing. You are blessed for having them in your life.
