ESSAY: Today, many people do not know their neighbors in large cities. What problems does this cause? What can be done about this?

I also do not know well my neighbors . I can hardely meet them at elevators or aisle because I live in an apartment.
I heard the news that an old man was founded in death alone.
when police invested the case, the old man dead 3 month ago before he was founded.
His neighbors did not notice his death but they had a smell very bad.
What a tragedy!!
To be more close our neighbors,
we have to learn how we can share our time with others such like joinning the community group and monthly meeting.
therefore, we can make sure how each other are.
