Good afternoon, Donna!
Did you enjoy your lunch?
This is my homework.
When I was young, my family used to go to grandparent's home that is located in Jeong- Eup city.
On every Chuseok and Seollal(Korean new year's day), there were many people who are my relatives in grandparent's house.
At that time, I had fun with my cousins.
While my grandfather got angry easily and was not talkative, he always was very kind to me.
Furthermore my grandmother and great grandmother gave me something delicious.
Those scenes are alive in my head.
Since My grandparents passed away many years ago, we all families doesn't have a big family gathering anymore.
I miss all of them.
Maybe I think that I'll meet many of them on my cousin's wedding.
Thus I look forward to this Saturday.
And this is my asking for understanding.
As you know, one of my friend lost his mother last night.
And I will go to the funeral tonight.
So I decided to postpone tomorrow morning class.
Please understand me.
See you on Thursday!

When you read this, you must already be at your friend's mother's wake or funeral. A sincere condolence to your friend and his family. Losing a loved one feels like a dagger in a heart. Life is short they say, we have to live our lives loving our family because we would never know when time expires. I totally understand how you will be exhausted by tomorrow morning.

Anyway,  you have rich moments of your memorable family gathering. You are your grandfather's favorite after all. Many of my students told me that they skip family gathering traditions lately since the elderlies pass on and it is sad since they are the glue that hold all family members altogether. Times have changed. However, traditions are paramount and these gatherings ought to be passed to the next generation. Perhaps, it is your task now to gather them again. 

I am grateful for your homework answer. A great percentage of your sentences are correct. Your effort of making long and detailed sentences are highly appreciated. Finally, take care and I shall see you then on Thursday.
