Job security is the probability that an individual will keep their job with a slight chance of losing it. In my opinion, this guaranteed level has ruined the ownership of various public officials in South Korea. I would define job security as ensuring a constant workload to whom is ready. There is a norm in the Korean workplace not to be enthusiastic and not to be bombarded with work. Therefore, I will add a quality job with growth opportunities. Since administrative and routine tasks are also working but decrease motivation, job security would guarantee quality work to every employee. Recently, I visited the borough office to issue a registered copy. There, I witnessed the mind-blowing scene in which the worker went through similar procedures to issue a paper and was eventually harassed by the visitor from the delay. This problem can be solved by investment in machinery, and I believe this is job security to make civil workers stay in their posts for a long-time.
