The best way to learn a language I think is talking with foreigners. Every infants learn their native language from their parents' conversation. They listen their parents' sounds once and their brains study language. So once we listen other language so much and study how we say. For this studying, we have to talk or live with foreigners. But its difficulties are that experiences to talk with foreiners are rare and that having an other language class is quite expensive. Also if we get older, we are hard to learn other language because their brain are more familiar their native language than young people.

The most effective way of learning a language is through context. When you read or listen to something, your brain doesn't take each word at face value. Instead, it's taking statistics about which words appear together often so that it can anticipate what's coming next and process speech faster. And communicating with foreign people will really help you improve your English skills.
