Therefore, the company should be fined if they do not provide adequate equipment for all employees, especially for those requiring perilous tasks. Since construction and manufacturing sites have long been regarded as masculine tasks, an exponential gender gap led to a scarcity of gears targeting female workers. However, as mentioned in the articles, there is rising interest, and the shortage of foreign workforce showed the increase of female workers. Therefore, it is now inevitable for companies to prepare all necessary equipment. It could still be the transition period for many workplaces, so governmental bodies must oversee such a shift.
