I think every children under 16 have to learn any exercise such as boxing, swimming and taekwondo. If some children have a talent for sports, they can improve their talent And they can have basic fitness. And when another children grow, my ideal fitness program is that they go to the gym for 3 to 4 times a week and exercise for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. I studied sports nutrition and sports science because I was interested in sports like weight training. I learned that weight training and working for over 2 hours is not good for our body. So 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes is best time. And a balanced diet is very importent too. It is most importent to cut down on carbohydrates. And we don't have to skip a meal. Cutting down on carbohydrates are great help to various aspects such as diabetes and obesity.
