Do you think you have a healthy life style? How do you keep yourself healthy?
I try to have healthy life style. If someone asks me that what is the most important in life. I'm going to answer "Healthy is most important in life."
I eat a egg for light morning meal. I don't have a lot of time to eat something. So, I choses the egge for my light morning meal. To take the morning meal is good to start day. I like the vegetable. Every lunch I have a salad with my other meal in company resturant.
And I do pilates regulary once a week. Also, I do streching frequently. Why I like the pilates is strengthing core muclse. I learned the work out like squash, spinning. Squash and spinning is good work out. But, to me, that's so hard to follow. After doing squash and spinning, I was burn out. It's hard to keep going. The pilates is perfect to me.

Can I change the book from senior lower intermediate to English inverview. I want to prepare the English interview for some chance.
