Can goals help to change your life? How?

I believe goals can help to change my life.  Because those are helping me enjoy a bright and happy life. I usually set goals in three ways. First, it's about healthy life. I make a goal like walking 50 minutes a day for health. Second, it's  about careers. I make goals like studying English and reading various kinds of books. Third, it's about love. I make goals like keeping in touch with good people around me and considering my family and playing with my puppy. I think I can live more happy because of these. If I don't have any goals, I can't feel that I am alive. And maybe I couldn't develop myself. The goals make me being deligent, creative and having more meaningful time. So it is very important to set goals for life.

I agree with what you said, having goals in life help us enjoy a bright and happy life. I also think that these goals help us find the path or direction we would like to take. ^^

I wish that all all the goals we set for ourselves will be realized in a way in which we will be proud of ourselves. Reaching our goals may be hard but the process in doing so is much more important as it is where we learn more about life. ^^
