Reading comprehension is important. Because it helps you get new information and knowledge by reading and understanding about something. And reading comprehension is the foundation of all studies so it is required to be good at math, Korean, or English.
To measure reading comprehension is easy just read some thesis or difficult sentence and observe if you can read clearly or not.
I think my reading comprehension is normal not that good but also not that bad so I just need to improve and develop my reading skills.
For my reading comprehension, I read a book and I search for all of the words which I didn't know in the book then I write them down in my own dictionary. Because I think the most important thing in reading comprehension is words.
