The financial market is agile, and Bloomberg process 200 billion datasets per day, including regulatory transformation, which updates in a fast-paced manner. Then there is a customer base. Bloomberg is a market leader with over 325,000 clients. However, there are competitors in the market, so Bloomberg needs to prove its preponderance in the market. The challenge within the analytics department is to expand the learning curve by keeping up with enhancements and offerings because the analytics representative is the first-line support provider of Bloomberg Professional Service for a prompt and tailored solution. Another challenge comes from understanding the cultural context of an extensive customer base. Knowing the language and relaying the information are different. Therefore, representatives need to grasp cultural context nuances when delivering information.
