I haven't tried to lose my weight so I don't have much idea about diet. However, my wife always complains about her weight although, it is normal compared to other people. Most people just skip their meal whenever they decide to go on a diet. I think it is the most ridiculus way to lose weight. Professionals and trainners recommend people to eat thier meal on time but take it small amount and frequently. It was popular way to go on a diet that only eats one food such as meats, vegetables and so on. I believe that these methods break the body balance resulted in serious diseases. I think that the effective way to lose our weight is regular exercise including running, walking and strength exercise. In addition, people should not be in a hurry to achieve their goals. People have to acknowledge a long jourrney to reach their target. If so, they can keep their health well and will success what they want to do.
