I think talking about the stress is a positive way to deal with strss. While talking about stress, we can find what or why are we being stressful. And we can also get some advice and comfort from close friends.

In contrast, some people don't want to share bad things with others. One reason is they are a thoughtful person, and they don't want to bother their friends. Another is they are just feel embarrassed and want to avoid the problem, deceive them selves. But being honest with one's personal feeling is the most important step to solve the problem.
