Tech-based customer service in the global financial market and aspiration for a career at Bloomberg motivates me. The customer service works as front-line support of global Bloomberg technology. My previous client service experience allowed me to grasp the nuances of different cultures. On top of expanding multilingual expertise, working at Bloomberg would expose me to technology. UI changes every day and software updates every month, which need tracking. This environment would lead customer service to expand the learning curve by exposing to leading technology which will be challenging yet motivating. Also, I would ground a foundation at Bloomberg from the customer-centric nature. Working in customer service would allow me to customer base and extensive product portfolio.
