The question would differ from stage to stage because I meet with interviewers with different roles in each step. I ask them three or four questions regarding atmosphere, responsibilities, and challenge. Chief of all, I ask the interviewers three questions at every stage, which is “What would be the three most skillsets required for this role?”, “What do the day-to-day responsibilities look like?” and “What was your most challenging experience?” I asked them these questions to learn what environment I would face after entering the company. Even though many organizations posted many videos and articles to assist applicants in preparing for their interview, it only shows the briefest flashes of a firm. Indeed, there used to be information sessions. However, it has become difficult nowadays due to pandemics. Accordingly, I believe each interview steps are an excellent chance for me to meet with insiders and imagine myself in the firm by asking them a question.
