I think being a boss is better than being an employee. Of course there are a lot of risks at being a boss but I firmly believe the merits outweigh it. This is because we can adjust what we do and we are easier to achieve our self-realization than people who are an employee. To begin with, we can coordinate our tasks and projects almost freely. In fact, CEO decides that which project is good for the company. On top of that, we can challenge to accomplish our goal of life by working at worksite more easily. This is because we can insist on our argument more than we do as an employee in the company and that teach us what we want now. If we work as an employee, we would have to follow supervisor's orders and can't work as our style. Eventually, we forget our dream,goal and become a machine. Of course, there are people who are an exception. I'm just telling you It is better to be a boss than being an employee with the view of the freedom of selecting tasks and achieving the self-realization

You did a nice job comparing the differences of being a boss and an employee.  Well, that is true!  But in reality only a few lucky individuals could be called as bosses because they have the financial ability to make their own company or business.  I hope you could be your own boss too. :)
