To maintain my health. First, for physical I have to exercise regularly and eat some vegetables and drink water. Exercise is easy way to prevent many diseases. Eating vegetables, drinking water can fill up nutrients. Second, for mental I have to sleep enough, do meditation to be peaceful and think always positively, control my stress. I think the most important thing here is controlling my stress, when we don't relieve the stress we'll have a mental illness the stress can cause lots of bad situations. Doing these basic things can change and maintain our health. The best time to exercise for me is morning because I'm a morning person so I have big power in that time. And I heard exercise when we are an empty stomach we can burn our body fat. Also, we can spend the day more fresh. So I think the best time to exercise is morning.
