There are two ways to relax. In fact, the ways are different to each person. In my case, the first is listening 'Blind Film' and close eyes on the bed, and the second is stretching and meditation. In some view points, they are same. But in my case, taking nap with Blind Film is the best. Frankly meditation and taking a nap are similar. But the effect of taking a nap is better. Because it's the best way to make my brain rest. According to scientists, proper taking a nap is very good for our health because we can't think anything in that time. Thinking makes our brains tiring. But it have to be short. If we take a nap lots of times, then we can't sleep enough in night times. And we shouldn't sleep after breakfast. It can be a very bad habit, so taking a nap after lunch. After lunch is the most tiring time to our brains. In this time, taking nap is very good for our brains. In addition, listening Blind Film has some power that make us sleep, so I recommend this music.
