In many cultures, women cook more often than men. Why is this?

Traditionally, cooking is considered a women's job rather than a men's one. From prehistoric times, work must have been divided according to gender. When men went out to hunt game, women who waited for men inside the cave might prepare for meals. These role allocations may have been passed down by educating their children, and this division of roles has been gradually getting stronger and stronger as time goes by. This could be one of the explanations for why women cook more than men.

Now men cook as much as women, and many men chefs come across to the young boys on TV, many boys want to become professional chefs or cook meals for their beloved ones in the house. I think no more women cook more often than men.
